Understanding Stem Cells: The Foundation of Regenerative Medicine and it's Natural Healing Power

A NATURAL PROCESS - SCIENCE & BIOLOGY

What are Stem Cells?

Stem cells originate from the early stages of embryo development & also exist in various tissues throughout life (e.g., bone marrow, skin, and blood etc).

Stem cells are remarkable cells in the body that have the unique ability to develop into different types of cells. They’re like the body’s “repair system,” capable of replacing damaged or worn-out cells. This flexibility makes them essential for healing, growth, and maintaining health.

UNDERSTANDING

Types of Stem Cells

Embryonic Stem Cells (Pluripotent)

Derived from embryos in early development. These cells can become almost any type of cell in the body, making them incredibly versatile. However, they are UNETHICAL and tightly regulated & restricted in the U.S.

Hematopoietic Stem Cells (Multipotent)

"Adult stem cells," primarily found in bone marrow, blood, & cord blood, specialized for forming blood cells, such as red & white blood cells. Known as hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), but are not typically involved in tissue or organ repair.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells (Multipotent)

Found in several tissues, including bone marrow, umbilical cord tissue, & fat. MSCs are known for their ability to help repair tissues, reduce inflammation, & support regeneration. They’re highly versatile for treating joint issues, tissue damage, and other conditions.

Why use Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hUC-MSC)

Human Umbilical Cord Tissue Derived Expanded Mesenchymal Stem cells

At Pure MSC, we only use mesenchymal stem cells due to their regenerative capabilities & compatibility with the human body. MSCs are particularly effective because they can:

Reduce Inflammation

MSCs release molecules that calm the immune response, reducing pain and inflammation at the injury site.

Encourage Tissue Healing

By releasing growth factors, MSCs create a healing environment that supports cell renewal and tissue repair.

Provide Safe, Targeted Therapy

MSCs work naturally with the body’s own healing processes, providing a targeted solution without the risks associated with foreign or incompatible cells.

At Pure MSC, we specialize in Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) known for their ability to regenerate tissue and reduce inflammation. Our MSCs contain no additives or non-regenerative cells, ensuring better acceptance and safety for the body.

FRESH vs FROZEN

The power of fresh can make all the difference for your health & recovery.

When choosing frozen stem cells over FRESH, Live-Harvested MSCs, they’re essentially investing in a product that inherently offers lower regenerative potential, potency, and effectiveness.

understanding frozen stem cells

Frozen stem cells, like those derived from cord blood, are often less potent and contain more non-regenerative cells (like red blood cells, immune cells, and cell debris). The freezing and thawing process can further damage cells, reducing their effectiveness.

In contrast, fresh MSCs offer a higher concentration of viable, regenerative cells, ensuring better therapeutic outcomes and faster recovery. Expanded pure MSCs provide a more controlled, potent, and focused therapy. By isolating MSCs alone, the therapy avoids the mixed or sometimes conflicting effects that might arise from multiple cell types or inflammatory agents present in other stem cell products like cord blood.

We specialize in fresh, clinical-grade mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Unlike mixed or other frozen stem cell products.

PURE stands out in the Regenerative and Wellness Industries by prioritizing quality, potency, exclusivity, and delivering exceptional patient results.

Fresh, Live MSCs for Maximum Potency

Unlike many providers who offer frozen cells, PURE MSC specializes in freshly harvested, live mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). This means our cells maintain 95-100% viability at the time of administration, offering unmatched regenerative potency. Patients experience faster healing, greater cell efficacy, and optimal results.

Exclusive Access to a Select Few Clinics

Partners with only a few clinics in the U.S. to preserve exclusivity. Without PURE, these clinical-grade MSCs are typically accessible only in hospitals in critical situations or overseas. Through us, you gain access to a rare, high-caliber treatments & products not available on the open market.

FDA-Certified, Preservative-Free

Each batch of MSCs is rigorously tested & FDA-certified to ensure the highest standards of quality & compliance. PURE MSC is dedicated to purity, providing completely preservative-free cells that retain their natural potency while minimizing risks associated with additives, dead cells, and non-regenerative cells.

Dedicated Support

PURE MSC is here to support patients at every step, ensuring they have the best options available for their recovery journey, with a commitment to transparency and integrity in all that we do. we prioritize patient well-being over profit. While frozen alternatives may provide higher immediate profit margins, our focus is on delivering a product that maximizes results and improves patient lives.

The Future of Stem Cells in Regenerative Health

Stem cell therapy is revolutionizing healthcare by offering natural solutions to treat a range of conditions, from joint pain to chronic injuries. As research continues, the potential for stem cells to improve healing and restore health is limitless.

You’ll find references to studies and expert resources supporting the science behind stem cell therapy, as well as insights into common misconceptions about cord blood and frozen cells.

Unlocking the Power (MSCs)

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are renowned for their unique ability to transform into various cell types, playing a crucial role in tissue repair and regeneration. Their capacity to modulate immune responses and reduce inflammation adds to their therapeutic potential.

Uses: MSCs are highly versatile and can repair damaged tissue, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. They’re especially useful for joint issues, tissue damage, and inflammation-related conditions.

Our Body's Natural Stem Cell Decline

  • By the age of 60, a person’s natural stem cell count has significantly declined.
  • Research shows that by age 60, people retain approximately 5-10% of the stem cell count they had at birth.
  • This depletion affects the body’s ability to repair and regenerate tissue, as fewer stem cells are available to respond to injuries or chronic conditions.

Natural Stem Cell Depletion: Stem cell count declines progressively with age, with a substantial reduction starting around age 30-40 and accelerating over time.

Average Stem Cell Count at 60: Around 5-10% of the original stem cell levels present at birth.

Impact on Regeneration: This low stem cell count reduces the body’s natural regenerative capabilities, contributing to slower recovery, increased susceptibility to injury, and reduced tissue repair efficiency. This depletion underscores the interest in regenerative therapies, such as mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) treatments, to help replenish and enhance the body’s natural repair mechanisms.

Why Fresh is Better than Frozen

  • Frozen Cells May Have Lower Potency: Frozen stem cells can lose up to 40% of their viability during the freezing and thawing process, leaving fewer cells for regeneration. This means that for every cell a patient receives, a significant percentage is no longer viable, making the treatment inherently less effective.
  • Less Effective for Healing: Only a small percentage of frozen cord blood contains mesenchymal stem cells, reducing the potential for healing and regeneration. Studies show that MSCs are present in cord blood at a frequency of about 0.001% to 0.01% of the total nucleated cells.
  • More Non-Regenerative Cells: Frozen stem cells contain a mix of non-regenerative cells that don’t contribute to healing and may even cause inflammation. frozen cord blood stem cell products often include a mix of cells, signaling molecules, and debris that make it challenging to target the specific regenerative effects.
